Kevin Shine
Fast Bowling Coach & Co-Founder
England Cricket's National Lead Fast Bowling Coach from 2006–2019, during which time England won the 2010 World T20, the 2019 ICC ODI World Cup, three Ashes series and reached No.1 in the world Test rankings. Previously head coach at Somerset CCC, Kevin is currently Fast Bowling Coach at Nottinghamshire CCC, who won the County Championship in 2025 — their first title in 15 years.

Dr Paul Felton is a biomechanist and human movement specialist working at the interface of elite coaching and performance science, with a focus on fast bowling. He helps coaches and organisations understand why technique works to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support better decision-making. Paul is a Senior Lecturer in Biomechanics at Nottingham Trent University — leading research in human movement analysis and predictive simulation — and delivers biomechanics across coach development programmes for private and international organisations, including the ECB Advanced (Level 3) and Specialist (Level 4) coaching programmes. He also contributes to international scientific boards, including the International Society of Biomechanics in Sport and the International Society of Biomechanics Technical Group for Computer Simulation. drpaulfelton.com

Laurence brings 10+ years of senior operational leadership across sport technology, startups and investment-backed businesses. As CEO of DineticQ — the company behind the PaceFlow biomechanical analysis system — Laurence has a unique inside track on the science and technology underpinning elite fast bowling. He has secured contracts with multiple cricket governing bodies as well as an IPL team, and now leads Fast Bowlers Ltd with the same focus: making world-class coaching accessible to every bowler.

Richard Johnson
Fast Bowling Coach & Co-Founder
A celebrated English cricketer whose playing career spanned over two decades, Richard burst onto the scene taking 6/33 on his Test debut and famously took 10 wickets for 45 runs in a County Championship match as a 19-year-old — a record that still stands. He played for Middlesex and Somerset, taking over 750 domestic wickets. After retiring, Richard transitioned into coaching — assistant coach at Middlesex and Surrey, Head Coach at Middlesex, and a key figure with the England Lions and England Development Programmes.
Filip Filev
Finance Director
ACCA-qualified finance leader with over a decade of experience in strategic financial management across international, multi-entity organisations. Filip holds an MSc in Applied Accounting and has held senior roles including Group Financial Controller, managing operations across the UK, Europe and North America. He leads Lera Accountancy and supports Fast Bowlers Ltd across governance, financial planning, audit and compliance — bringing institutional-grade financial rigour to the business.
