Fast Bowlers Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide cricket fast bowling coaching services, video analysis reports, biomechanical assessments (in partnership with DineticQ), and produce the Science & Shiney podcast. By using our website, contacting us to enquire about services, submitting video footage, or purchasing any package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor (under 18), the parent or legal guardian accepts these terms on the minor's behalf and takes full responsibility for compliance.
We offer the following coaching packages (pricing available on request):
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
All bookings are confirmed by email following an enquiry. Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking. Payment must be received in full before services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For Level 2 (PaceFlow), payment is made directly to DineticQ via their platform. Fast Bowlers Ltd is not responsible for DineticQ's payment terms, refund policies, or service delivery for the biomechanical report element.
By submitting video footage to Fast Bowlers Ltd, you confirm that:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
All content on this website, including the Science & Shiney podcast, logo, episode audio, coaching reports and written materials, is the intellectual property of Fast Bowlers Ltd and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without our express written permission.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites including DineticQ and Buzzsprout. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those platforms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Where you submit video footage of a player under the age of 18:
We will not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent, and we will never sell your data to third parties.
We may share your data with:
We retain your contact and enquiry data for up to 2 years from your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted. Video footage is deleted within 30 days of report delivery unless you have a Level 3 subscription, in which case it is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at scienceandshiney@gmail.com.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Video footage is stored securely and access is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver your service.

The Science & Shiney podcast is produced by Fast Bowlers Ltd for informational and entertainment purposes relating to cricket, fast bowling and sports science. All views, opinions and commentary expressed by hosts and guests are their own personal views and do not necessarily represent the views of Fast Bowlers Ltd, any cricket board, team, employer or affiliated organisation.
Nothing in the Science & Shiney podcast constitutes professional medical, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, or coaching advice. Listeners should always consult a qualified professional before making changes to their training, technique or physical activity levels. Cricket is a physically demanding sport and carries a risk of injury. Fast Bowlers Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from acting on information heard in the podcast.
The Science & Shiney podcast regularly features guests including current and former professional cricketers, coaches and academics. Guest appearances do not imply any formal endorsement of Fast Bowlers Ltd or its services by those individuals, their employers, or any cricket board or governing body.
